The Challenge

Jackson Kitchen Designs is a family owned kitchen design studio operating since 1946 and serving the Merrimack Valley, Greater Boston, the North Shore, and Southern New Hampshire. As a division of Jackson Lumber & Millwork and a long-standing Torrisi family business, they have built a strong reputation for designing beautiful, functional kitchen spaces tailored to each client’s vision, needs, and budget. With award-winning recognition, multiple showroom locations in North Andover, Amesbury, and Woburn, and decades of trusted service, the company already had a powerful story rooted in craftsmanship and experience.

However, there was a missed opportunity in how that story was being communicated visually online. While the brand had strong credibility and a well-established showroom presence, it needed a more engaging and modern way to showcase its design process, showroom experience, and the level of detail that goes into each project. Without strong video content, it was difficult to fully capture the feeling of walking through their showrooms, understanding the quality of materials, and seeing how their designers bring customer visions to life.

Our Approach

We developed a cinematic video production strategy focused on bringing the Jackson Kitchen Designs experience directly to the viewer. Our goal was to highlight not just finished kitchens but the full journey. From showroom inspiration and designer collaboration to material selection and personalized service. By capturing real showroom environments and the craftsmanship behind their work, we created a visual narrative that reflects both the heritage and modern expertise of the brand.

We emphasized storytelling that showcases their award winning design reputation, family owned legacy, and multi-location presence across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. The final production was designed to feel immersive and authentic, helping potential customers visually connect with the brand before ever stepping into a showroom.
