P&K Custom Acrylics needed a complete brand refresh and digital upgrade to better represent their manufacturing capabilities and expand lead generation opportunities. As a custom acrylic fabrication company serving a wide range of commercial and industrial clients, their existing brand and online presence no longer reflect their brand and the services they provide. In addition to modernizing the company’s image, there was a need to create better systems for attracting and converting qualified leads. The business also faced challenges with digital advertising performance, including attracting irrelevant search traffic that was not aligned with their custom fabrication services. To support continued growth, P&K needed a more strategic approach to branding, lead generation, and digital marketing that would better connect them with potential customers actively searching for their products and services.
Our Approach
We focused on creating a stronger, more cohesive presence for P&K Custom Acrylics by updating the brand, improving how products and services were presented online, and putting better systems in place to generate qualified leads. Rather than treating each marketing effort separately, we worked to connect the website, lead generation tools, email marketing, social media, and business development efforts so they supported one another. We also spent time refining advertising campaigns and improving tracking to ensure marketing dollars were reaching the right audience. One key area of focus was helping showcase their cut-to-size acrylic services more effectively, making it easier for potential customers to find exactly what they were looking for. The overall goal was to build a marketing foundation that could support both day-to-day lead generation and the company’s long-term growth.

P&K Custom Acrylics came out of the project with a refreshed, modern brand identity and a much stronger flow of qualified leads, supported by a more solid and reliable digital setup. We worked closely with them to refine their PPC strategy and improve tracking, especially after identifying inefficiencies like spending on keywords such as “acrylic” that were driving irrelevant traffic, as people were searching for acrylic nails instead of industrial acrylic fabrication. We also helped them build out their “cut to size” business page to better highlight that core offering and drive more relevant inquiries. In addition, we supported lead generation efforts by functioning as a call center during COVID, helping bridge communication gaps and generate new business during a time when in-person barriers made outreach more difficult.
