Ristorante Molise needed to boost brand awareness, improve engagement online, and bring in more consistent foot traffic through a mix of digital efforts and in-person initiatives. As a community driven restaurant offering catering services and hosting events such as weddings, live music nights, family gatherings, private parties, and other special occasions, it was important that these offerings were clearly communicated and consistently promoted across all channels. The restaurant also needed a stronger way to showcase its role within the local community and better connect with customers beyond day to day dining. Without a more cohesive approach, opportunities to fully highlight its dining experience, event capabilities, and community involvement were being underutilized.
We focused on combining digital marketing with community-focused initiatives to help strengthen the restaurant’s presence both online and locally. In addition to supporting their digital growth, we worked to expand their social media presence, develop signage and print materials, promote catering services, and promote awareness of events such as weddings, live music nights, family gatherings, private parties, and other special occasions. We also collaborated with local Chambers of Commerce and community organizations to help strengthen local visibility and engagement.
